Order Cancellation Policy

At Woodzest, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, please review the following policy to understand how cancellations are handled.

Cancellation Before Dispatch

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse.

  • To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order number.

  • If the order has not been processed or shipped, a full refund will be initiated.

Cancellation After Dispatch

  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

  • If the shipment has already left our warehouse, the order will follow our Return & Refund Policy, wherever applicable.

  • Any applicable shipping, handling, or return logistics charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

Customized & Made-to-Order Products

Customized, personalized, or made-to-order furniture is manufactured specifically for each customer. Therefore:

  • These orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

  • Advance payments made for customized products are generally non-refundable unless otherwise approved by Woodzest.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days after the cancellation is confirmed.

  • The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team and provide:

  • Order Number

  • Registered Name

  • Email Address

  • Mobile Number

  • Reason for Cancellation

Our team will review your request and inform you about the cancellation status at the earliest.

Woodzest's Right to Cancel

Woodzest reserves the right to cancel any order due to circumstances such as:

  • Product unavailability

  • Pricing or technical errors

  • Payment verification issues

  • Suspected fraudulent transactions

  • Unforeseen operational or logistical issues

In such cases, customers will be informed promptly, and any amount paid will be refunded in full.
